"Naam Toh Jaante Hi Honge - Fairmont Jaipur, Naam Hi kaafi Hai" I am staring my review with this dialogue. I have heard a lot for this Hotel. My stay to this hotel answers this. The stay was a total mesmerizing moment. Everything was on place , everything was on time, everything was super duper. I booked the deluxe room, but hotel upgraded my Room to their highest category "Gold Room" and that too at no extra cost. We just requested for a Room with better View and they surprised me with the Gold Room, the room was amazing, view was fabulous, service was excellent 👌, food served in our Room was fresh and sumptuous. Our room had a Jacuzzi, ( it's a different aspect in fact the total space of bathroom was equal to space of bedroom, that was spacious amazing 😍🤩. Fruits tray + cookies + Specially Packaged Inhouse filtered water bottles - water taste was super (extremely different from Bisleri). Bed was comfortable, pillow was like feather, Room ambience very Cozy and positivity all over. Now let's come to Hotel side, Over hotel is a Legacy created in itself. Amazing fragrance all over in the hotel, everything in place. In the lift area , there was sittings arranged, like if senior citizens cant stand waiting for the lift, chair's were arranged. Telephone was there with a Pen and Note pad there, means a simple thing, every minute care was taken care. Pool side is an another marvelous created there. If you shoot photos, gives a stunning views. Pool is large enough, very differently placed far away from the lobby, means every passers can't view you in the pool area. Enjoy the sun rise and sunset from the poolside or Lawn area, amazing view. In the evening feel the nature looking the Aravali Range. Coming to the Restaurant side, Food was super, fresh and very delicious 😋. Specially we enjoyed the buffet breakfast with Live counters of dosa, try their multi grain dosa. All staff very elegant and they love their duty. Very polite and highly trained. Our check In was very smooth. Little time room was allotted. Would like to give special Thanks to Mr. Akshay Ji from the reservations team And Madhav Ji from the front office Team and a Trainee Guy (Native Kolkata- unfortunately, Name I have not remembered) guy who assisted us in check out, helped us in getting our luggage down from the room. Your Special assistance and support had given me a reason to Re-visit the Fairmont Jaipur at the earliest, will see you soon. Till then you all Take care. Best wishes ahead always.

Stayed for 2 nights for my birthday, everything was fine until we went for the massage. That was the worst massage experience I received. Had booked for 90 mins and after 70 mins was told the time was done. The spa manager had no clue how to handle the situation and the masseuse was rude and telling me that i was wrong. Just skip the spa at this hotel. And thanks fairmont for ruining my birthday weekend.
